About the ONE NIGHT POPUP by SHOKUDO feat. yushi_renga｜06 July 2021
This one night popup is organized by SHOKUDO in cooperation with the famous Chef Yushi Yamaguchi (yushi_renga). Since SHOKUDO opened last spring, we had many requests by people for authentic Japanese ramen. Therefor we want to introduce our Noukou Ebi Miso Ramen and SHOKUDO original sushi roll through this special event.
If you love the taste, we will add these dishes to our standard menu.
About MENU｜Ramen + 3 pieces of Roll + 1 drink｜€25
Noukou Ebi Miso Ramen
Ramen is a noodle in soup dish that comes in many different varieties. In our SHOKUDO version, Chef Yushi uses a delicious seafood broth made from Homard lobster. Combined with thick noodles and cha-siu pork braised in tasty Japanese ingredients together with soft boiled eggs and crispy vegetables, you will experience the real Japanese taste through this bowl of ramen!
SHOKUDO Rolls
A fresh sushi roll with red cabbage, cucumber, seasoned tofu and dried Daikon radish. Beautiful pink rice is colored with beet juice. Sushi is of course very popular these days but tasty sushi is still hard to find. This SHOKUDO original sushi rolls offers a unique taste and an awesome treat!
Drinks
SHOKUDO offers a nice variety of drinks. Included in our special menu is one of the options below:

– YAYA Kombucha Orginal 330ml
– Japanese cold green tea 500ml
– Water chaudfontaine 500ml
– Water chaudfontaine sparkling 500ml
– Hi-Five Organic Ice Tea 330ml

About Yushi Yamaguchi
情熱｜Introducing Japanese Soul Food to the World: Ramen as it is meant to be.
Chef Yushi has a true passion for Ramen. For the past 16 years he has been improving his recipes and skills first in various restaurants in Nagasaki and Tokyo and since 2017 also in Europe and even New York. Since 2020 he is based in the Netherlands, working as a consultant for Ramen shops and cooking delicious Ramen at various events.
